what is the solution available for the RAID on BFN System board?

Intel E3845 does not support hardware RAID directly, software RAID is possible and we have achieved it for one of our customer requirements. I am going to add some images for better understanding.

The solution lies in an extra component i.e. BF-RAID-S2M.

It uses two mSATA ports and a SATA connector.

It shows two SSDs in the BIOS.

During the installation of pfSense, you will be able to see both SSDs and can use RAID 1
